What is Blue Matcha?
Blue Matcha is a natural tea powder, made from the dried petals of the flowers of Clitoria ternatea (Butterfly Pea). The bright blue flowers have long been used in Southeast Asia as a food supplement. The blue powder is used in the preparation of desserts and drinks.
